You agree not to use GlobalCollabs to:
- Harass, spam, or send unsolicited commercial messages to YouTube creators
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Circumvent any YouTube API usage limits or restrictions
- Collect or store personal data about creators beyond what is necessary for legitimate outreach purposes
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application
5. Purchases and Refunds
All purchases are processed by Gumroad, Inc. and are subject to Gumroad's terms and conditions. GlobalCollabs offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund within 30 days of purchase, contact us at support@globalcollabsearch.com.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
GlobalCollabs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that search results will be accurate or complete. YouTube API availability and data are outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalCollabs and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Application shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application.
8. Affiliate Program
Affiliates who promote GlobalCollabs through the Gumroad affiliate program are subject to Gumroad's affiliate terms in addition to these Terms. Affiliates agree not to engage in deceptive advertising, spam, or any promotion that violates applicable laws including CAN-SPAM and FTC disclosure requirements.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
